1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Svarasattva's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Educational Services
Svarasattva provides online educational services in Music, Yoga, and Wellness. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise this right.
3. User Responsibilities
As a student, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the security of your password and identification.
- Attend scheduled classes on time. Missed classes without prior 24-hour notice may not be rescheduled.
- Respect the teachers, staff, and other students. We hold a zero-tolerance policy for harassment.
4. Payment and Billing
Services are billed in advance on a monthly or course basis. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our fees upon reasonable notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, and data compilations is the property of Svarasattva or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. Course materials shared with you are for personal learning only and cannot be redistributed.
